The forms listed below are the forms you need to apply for membership into Cub Scout Pack 553. If you are interested in registering your son as a Scout, please download and fill out the “Youth Application Form” and turn it in any Thursday night from 7-8 pm, during the months of September through May at the Crossroads Community Church in Leechburg.
Those parents wishing to help out, volunteer or become a leader must fill out the Adult application.
